Ad Pulse ("we", "us") is an ad spend tracking application built and maintained by the Base44 team. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Ad Pulse, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Data we collect
Account data: your name and email address when you register. Campaign data: the campaign names, platforms, spend, impressions, clicks, installs, conversions and revenue that you enter or import. We do not connect directly to your ad platform accounts; you provide the figures.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to display your dashboards, compute metrics such as ROAS and CPI, power the AI assistant, process payments, and improve the product. We never sell your data to third parties.
4. Payments
Subscriptions are processed by Base44 Payments. We store your subscription status but your full payment details are handled by the payment provider and never stored on our servers.
5. AI assistant
When you ask the Ad Assistant a question, your campaign data is sent to our AI provider to generate a response. We do not use your data to train third-party models.
6. Data retention
We keep your campaign data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the dashboard, which permanently removes your information.
7. Your rights

8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, including encrypted transmission and secure storage. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe.
